Booking and Cancellation Policy

Online Booking Policies:

  • 10% internet discount will be deducted when payment is processed.  Discount does not apply for Weekly Rates.

  • Minimum 2 night stay required.

  • Booking must be made 48 hours prior to arrival.

  • Deposit and Cancellation policies are as per below.

Deposit and Cancellation:

A Visa, Master Card, Discover Card number or cash/cheque deposit is required to confirm booking.  A handling fee of $50 + GST per reservation will be charged for all cancellations.  If cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival one night's accommodation will be charged.

Holiday Season Booking Policy:

Holiday Season booking policy applies to the dates below:

  • Dec 21 - January 2nd, 2010
  • Feb 12th, 13th & 14th, 2010
  • July 16th & 17th, 2010
All dates are inclusive.  For Holiday Season bookings, a non refundable deposit of 50% of reservation total is due upon booking.  The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  If booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full, non refundable payment is due upon booking.  Cancellation insurance is recommended.  For cancellation/travel insurance, please visit the following website.

Hot Tub Use:

The Kimberley Lodging Company has a full time hot tub maintenance team and program in place.  We take every effort to ensure that our hot tubs are ready for your maximum comfort and enjoyment.  There are however, mechanical events that can occur which are beyond the control our our maintenance program.  In the event that hot tubs are not functional due to mechanical issues, we will refund 10% of the nightly rate for which hot tub was not in use.

For units with private hot tubs, an additional fee will be charged for any abuse, damage or excessive use of the hot tub.  It is the responsibility of the guests to immediately report to our office any deficiencies with the unit's hot tub.
