Copper Springs Chalets

Copper Springs Chalet is a spacious detached unit that has four bedrooms plus a loft, two outside hotubs, two kitchens and 4 bathrooms.  There was a major renovation done to the unit in 2014 which included an extension of the upper back deck where one of the two hot tubs is located. There is a heated 2 car garage with a ping pong table and dart board, as well as room for two more vehicles in the driveway.   It is an under 10 minute flat walk to the high speed quad and in close proximity to four regional golf courses.  Total square footage for one chalet is 2500 square feet and can accommodate 15 guests. The bed configuration is: Bedroom 1: queen bed. 2. Bunk Bed - double on bottom, single on top. 3. queen bed. 4. double bed. The loft area has a double bed. There is a double hide a bed in one living area and a single pullout in the second living area.

Copper Springs 4 bedroom + Loft unit
This is the largest unit that we manage as it is both the 2 bedroom plus the 2 bedroom & loft unit combined. This can sleep up to 15 guests. This unit boasts 2 full kitchens, 2 hot tubs on separate, private decks and 4 bathrooms. A very spacious, comfortable unit for larger groups.

 

 

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A Visa, Master Card, Discover Card number or cash/cheque deposit is required to confirm booking.  For the Luxury Homes and 4 bedroom condo units, a 25% non refundable deposit is due upon booking.  The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.  For all other reservations, full payment, non refundable is due two weeks prior to arrival.  A $50 cancellation fee may apply to cancellations. Holiday Season Booking Policy

Holiday Season Booking Policy applies to any bookings that fall fully or partially in the dates below.  All dates are inclusive:

  • December 24th, 2018 - January 2nd, 2019
  • February 15th - 23rd, 2019
  • July 19 & 20th, 2019

A deposit of 50% of the total stay including taxes is due upon booking.  The remaining 50% of total booking is due 45 days prior to arrival.  All deposits are non refundable.  In the event that a cancellation is necessary, we will do our utmost to rebook the unit and if successful, a full refund will be granted.  In the event we cannot rebook the unit, we will offer a credit of 50% of the total for any NON Holiday Season dates for the following year.  We recommend cancellation insurance.
