10% internet discount will be deducted when payment is processed. Discount does not apply for Weekly or Holiday Rates.
Minimum 2 night stay required.
Booking must be made 48 hours prior to arrival.

A Visa, Master Card, Discover Card number or cash/cheque deposit is required to confirm booking. A handling fee of $50 + GST per reservation will be charged for all cancellations. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival one night's accommodation will be charged. Please see below for Holiday Season Booking Policy.

Holiday Season booking policy applies to the dates below:
Feb 15th - 21st, 2013
(3 night minimum)
July 19th & 20th, 2013
(2 night minimum)
Dec 28th - 31st, 2013
(4 night minimum)
All dates are inclusive. For Holiday Season bookings, a non refundable deposit of 50% of reservation total is due upon booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full, non refundable payment is due upon booking.
In the event that a Holiday Season cancellation is necessary, we will do our utmost to rebook the unit, and if successful, a refund will be granted. Otherwise we will offer a 50% credit towards a future booking, valid for one year from cancellation date but is not valid over Holiday Season periods.
