We have a key pick up box at the Kimberley Tourist Info Centre — see map & directions.
The key box is located to the right of the entry doors. Once you have booked with us please ensure that you recieve your Key Box Entry Code from us, prior to your arrival. When you arrive, enter the code that there will be an envelope in the box with your name on it. In the envelope is all information required to get to your unit seamlessly, including our 24/7 staff support number.
Check in time is 4pm on the day of arrival and Check out time is 10am on departure day. Depending on unit availability and for an additional fee, an extended check out time may be available upon request.
Basic cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, glassware, dishes, linen and towels are provided. Each unit is owned individually and the inventory varies based on what each owner chooses to put in the unit beyond the aforementioned items. Perishable condiments such as salt and pepper are NOT included in the unit.
We have great weather in this area. Cranbrook, located just 20 minutes south of Kimberley, gets the most hours of sunshine of anywhere in British Columbia. The summers tend to be dry in warm, and the winters get enough precipitation to provide for excellent ski conditions.
The Kimberley Lodging Company has a full time hot tub maintenance team and program in place. We take every effort to ensure that our hot tubs are ready for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. There are however, mechanical events that can occur which are beyond the control our our maintenance program. In the event that hot tubs are not functional due to mechanical issues, we will refund 10% of the nightly rate for which hot tub was not in use.
For units with private hot tubs, an additional fee will be charged for any abuse, damage or excessive use of the hot tub. It is the responsibility of the guests to immediately report to our office any deficiencies with the unit's hot tub.
All guests need to submit a Damage Waiver [PDF] prior to arrival.
